This collection consists of church records, 1779-1870, of baptisms, births communions and deaths of German settlers in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia from the German Reformed churches in Augusta County. Frequently mentioned family names include Brubeck, Dull, Engelmann, Erhardt, Lind, Neuberger, Schultz, Schwartz, Stover (maternal ancestors of Dwight David Eisenhower), and Zimmermann. Also list of subscribers at St. John's Church, Augusta Co., laid in.
